"Hi maybe you can help me. Gamblers Palace Casino and Sportsbook made a deal with me to put them on my front page, they told me they would put $1000.00 in my account to do whatever I wanted.

When I played a wile I tried to withdraw some money and they would not let me saying there site did not have enough hits.

They never stated how many hits they wanted, it was a smoke screen a scam fraud.

I tried to contact them several times and they refused to anwser. They owe me 506.00 and I kept my end of deal they lied and I understand this is not the first time.

Please investigate this and inform all."

My name is Armando Ibarra from Gamblers Palace Casino & Sportsbook, and this e-mail is regarding the complaint (018-432) brought up by ................... and .................. In first instance what we can say is that Mr. ................... contact us to see if we wanted to advertise our company in his site, obviously we had a lot of questions because we never heard about it, so during all this, Mr. .................told us that he was affiliate with ................, and doing our research we found no affiliation with this company.

Second of all, we told them that we'll go for a month trial, so the deal was to open a gambling account for $1000.00, but the original idea was to use that money, and what they did was try to redeem the $1000.00 the same week, so he contact us (only by e-mail) and asked us about his withdrawal, so we told him to contact us by our toll free number, and he never called.

In conclusion, he doesn't want to hear our part, we wanted to explain him directly by phone about the gambling account, we tried several times to make that happen, but they just don't want that.

Also, the $1000.00 was for 1 month advertising campaign, they tried to redeem the money a few days after the deposit, we gave them a 15% for the affiliate program, in which we only pay 10%, we did that because he promised us to bring traffic to our company, and that was not true, in 10 days we only had from that site 10 click through's and 1 registration, the stats say everything.
